Kids Safety Town 2026

Join us for Stayton's Kids Safety Town!

Safety Town is weeklong, half-day summer camp for children ages five and six. The Stayton Police Department and the City of Stayton partner together to help kids better understand the basics of safety.

Safety Town will run from Monday, August 17, 2026 through Friday, August 21, 2026 at the Stayton Community Center, 400 W. Virginia Street, Stayton, OR 97383.

Campers will learn important safety concepts, such as:

  • 911
  • Bike, Pedestrian, and School Bus Safety
  • Fire and Water Safety
  • Internet Safety
  • Animal Safety
  • Poison Awareness
  • Police and Trusted Friends
  • and so much more!

Registration for Campers Closed - Waiting List Available!

Camper registration is now closed as we have reached full capacity. However, we have started a waiting list!

Registration is $15. If a spot becomes available, we will contact you to complete registration and collect the $15 registration fee at that time. 

Camper registration requires a parent/guardian signature.
