Code Enforcement Complaint Form

This form is designed for community members to inform us of a code enforcement issue. Easily report issues like dangerous structures, junk accumulation, noxious vegetation, etc. 

In lieu of submitting the form below, you may also call the Code Enforcement office at (503) 767-4539. Requests are not monitored on a 24/7 basis and will be addressed during business hours. If there is an immediate need after-hours, please call the non-emergency line at (503) 982-2340.

Please note that code enforcement is supervised by the Community & Economic Development Department and is not a function of the Stayton Police Department.

    • A name, phone number, and email are required to submit a request. This is to ensure we can communicate and follow up with the requestor.
