Utility Bill Payment

For the convenience of our customers, we provide the following payment options:

  • Online Bill Pay and Auto-Pay - Access through our partnership with Xpress Bill Pay.
  • Pay by Mail - Make check payable to the City of Stayton and mail to 362 N. Third Avenue, Stayton, OR 97383
  • After-Hours Drop Box - Located at Police Department (386 N. Third Avenue) entrance on right side of door and is marked "Water Payments."

Residential Rental Registration 

The registration and fee for each residential rental unit covered by a rental agreement is due annually by March 31st.

Transient Occupancy Tax

Collected tax revenue and accompanying form are required to be completed by the 30th day following the end of each quarter.

OLCC Forms

Submit your completed OLCC Forms and payment of the city application fee here.

We accept all completed new, renewal, change of ownership, privilege change, and temporary license applications.

Local Fuel Tax

Local Fuel Tax payments are due by the 25th of the month following the month of sale.  Submit your payment here.
