Facility Rentals 

• Community Center ▲

  The City of Stayton Community Center was dedicated in 1979 and is located at 400 W. Virginia St. near the Stayton Public Library. The Community Center is the official meeting place for the City Council and other groups. This facility brings people together for social and civic functions throughout the year. The area of the entire Community Center is 3,337 square feet.

  The Community Center is available for dances, weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, and concerts as well as for other events.  Under certain circumstances and with additional fees, alcoholic beverages may be served in the building.  Security is required at events where alcohol is served. There is a $25 key deposit required for the facility that is refunded when the key is returned.

  Materials and equipment available:
  Tables and chairs are an additional $100 flat fee.

• Jordan Bridge ▲

  The Jordan Bridge is located in Stayton's Pioneer Park at 450 N. Seventh Avenue and is a beautiful location for any event you are planning.  It is available for events including weddings, receptions, family reunions, etc.  To see a map of the Bridge and Park location, please use the links below. 

  The Bridge can be reserved for a minimum of 3 hours for $100 with each additional hour at $20.  Under certain circumstances and with additional fees, alcoholic beverages may be served in a designated area and security is required. Electricity is also available at the bridge with a $25 key deposit.

• Pioneer Park - Concession Stand ▲

  The concession stand is located on the backside of the Pioneer Park restroom structure at 450 N. Seventh Avenue.  The concession stand contains a commercial sink, stainless steel work tables, and two refrigerators.  There is also a large concrete pad that can be used for a tent or tables.

  The Concession Stand can be reserved for a minimum of 3 hours for $100 ($125 for non-residents) with each additional hour at $20 ($25 for non-residents).  A $25 key deposit is required.

• Park Shelters ▲

  The covered picnic shelters are available on a first come, first served basis.  If you wish to use the shelter, you or a person from your group need to be present at the shelter at all times and items may not be left unattended.

  As of October 1st 2024, Park Shelters at Pioneer Park and Santiam Park are available to rent for events. The Park Shelters can be rented for a minimum of 3 hours for $100 ($125 for non-residents) with each additional hour at $20 ($25 for non-residents).
