Human Resources partners with City departments on recruitment, development, and retention of a high quality workforce. This division not only oversees recruitment and selection of employees, but also administers and assists with the City's benefits program, policy development, labor negotiations and collective bargaining agreements, workers' compensation and risk management, compliance with state and federal employment laws, and training and development.
