Children under 18 years of age in the CCRLS area qualify for a free CARE Card entitling them to check out juvenile materials only. CARE stands for Creating A Reader Every Day.
- If you live outside of Marion, Polk, or Yamhill Counties:
- Non-CCRLS residents may purchase a family card for $70 a year.
- Children's CARE cards can be purchased for $12 a year and may be used for youth materials only.
If you have a card at another library in Oregon you may be eligible for a Passport card. Passport cards allow you to check out up to ten items, but do not provide access to digital library services. To see if you are eligible for an Oregon Library Passport card, visit librariesoforegon.org.
