    • If you live or own property within Stayton city limits, your city property taxes provide a free full-service card.
    • If you live outside of Stayton's city limits or in another city in Marion, Polk, or Yamhill counties, you may apply for a free basic card. Basic cards allow you to check out ten items and to place ten items on hold. They also provide free access to all online and digital library services, like using the library computers or checking out library e-books.

Children under 18 years of age in the CCRLS area qualify for a free CARE Card entitling them to check out juvenile materials only. CARE stands for Creating A Reader Every Day.

    • If you live outside of Marion, Polk, or Yamhill Counties:
      • Non-CCRLS residents may purchase a family card for $70 a year.
      • Children's CARE cards can be purchased for $12 a year and may be used for youth materials only.

If you have a card at another library in Oregon you may be eligible for a Passport card. Passport cards allow you to check out up to ten items, but do not provide access to digital library services. To see if you are eligible for an Oregon Library Passport card, visit librariesoforegon.org.
