Approaching Frankenstein through the lens of Mary Shelley’s Gothic biography

Collette Tennant, English Professor from Corban University, will be presenting “Approaching Frankenstein through the lens of Mary Shelley’s Gothic biography” on Thursday, May 16 at 7:00 pm.

Colette Tennant has a Ph.D. In English from Ohio State University. She is currently a Professor of English at Corban University where she has taught for twenty-four years. She has published two books of poetry, Commotion of Wings (2010) and Eden and After (2015). She has just completed a book on Margaret Atwood’s The Handmaid’s Tale. It will be released in September 2019. 

This program is part of Stayton Reads, presented by the Stayton Public Library Foundation. There will be a reception following the talk. Free, no registration necessary.
