Facilities Master Plan Project

The City has contracted with Mackenzie to assess the facility needs of the City by developing a Facilities Master Plan. Mackenzie kicked off the project in February 2020, with a target completion date of late spring 2020. A previous Facilities Master Plan was adopted in 2007

 

The first public outreach meeting was held on Wednesday, February 12th, 2020 at the Stayton Public Library. Additionally, a presentation was also given at the Tuesday, February 18th, 2020 City Council meeting, which can be viewed below. 

  • On Tuesday, September 14th, 2021, an Open House regarding the Facilities Master Plan Project was held at 6:00 p.m. at the Stayton Public Library. During the meeting, Mackenzie shared a history of the project and three site studies. You can view the presentation and three site studies they conducted by clicking the link below.
